We collect personal information only when you place an order: your name, phone number, email address (optional), and delivery address. We do not collect any information through cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.

2. How We Use It

Your information is used solely to fulfil your order and send you an order confirmation. The shop owner receives your contact details via WhatsApp and email to coordinate delivery or pickup. We will never use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

3. Data Storage

Order data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (Singapore region). The database uses row-level security — your order data is never accessible via the public API. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. Data Retention

Order records are retained for 2 years for business accounting purposes. After that period, orders are permanently deleted. You may request early deletion of your order data by contacting us directly.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for the admin login panel, which is not accessible to customers. Your dark/light mode preference is stored in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device.
